Your favorite workout that you wish you did more often

I don't know why, but I love, love, love Squeeze Stronger...and I find I don't do it enough. I dust it off once every few months, do it and feel so great afterwards. I mean, I would never even consider trading it for the world and even thinking about it when it comes up next in my workout docket makes me smile. So what gives?

Does this happen to anyone else?

I guess I would say my chi ball workouts. They're great workouts, very flow-y and peaceful, but they don't fit into my rotation, so I don't do them that often.

I could say that about 50% of my collection. My problem is that I have collected too much. I am never satisfied that I am doing justice to any of the good workouts in my collection.

My kettlebell workouts for sure.
I did AoS Sta. Monica after a long hiatus from kettlebells. I woke up so sore, in a good way.

This! .... Anyway, "Willpower & Grace" and "Cindy Crawford - The Next Challenge" come to mind. I love Crawford & her trainer's 20-min athletic cardio segment but I rarely do it anymore because I have too many other workouts ... This thread has inspired me to tack it on to Kettlebell Revolution today ...

I wish I could rollerblade, take kettlebell classes, take Crossfit classes or play DDR in an arcade more often. Time, money and distance get in the way of all these things

ETA skiing...I haven't been skiing since 1990

I'm afraid if I do my favorite workouts too often, I'll get tired of them and I'll no longer have favorite workouts

Yup totally! I love Squeeze stronger too (one of my all times favs) and I haven't done it in two years. I also love will power and grace! and buns of steel original, eccentrics/CS. Oh there are so many, no point in trying to list them all. It's all just a case of too many workouts too little time!
