leg conditioning drills in kickmax... other workouts like this?

I just "rediscovered" the leg conditioning drills in Kickmax. I found them to be very effective... and I love that they're done weightless (and aren't squats )
(And the isometric holds remind me of some of the exercises in kundalini!)

I'm not familiar with the barre workouts... are these drills similar to that? Could anyone recommend workouts that have similar style conditioning?

Thanks!

There are leg conditioning drills on Lower Body Blast and Turbo Barre.

I love turbo barre! I reach for it a lot.
I hope Cathe does more barre work soon.

Thanks for asking this question darbyndoug because I'm a huge fan of Cathe's leg conditioning drills and would love to have more of the same.

I have another question though. I see from the clip that she some weight lifting. Is that interspersed throughout the ballet barre section or separated out. The reason I ask is because I'm not really interested in the weights part of it. TIA!

Separated. There are several premixes and the premix I do most does not include weights at all.

The firewalker bands are purchased seperately. Do you have a Tuesday Morning near you? It's a discount store. Mine always has Cathe stuff and I got my firewalker bands for $5.99 there.
ETA looks like you already got an answer. I'd check out Tuesday Morning though.
