STS 1 rep max testing - one set of a bunch of upper body exercises for shoulders, triceps, biceps, back, chest. Plus the abs section from Pure Strength Legs.
I just did a 1/2 hour of Spinervals Aero Base Builder, the plan being 1/2 hour cardio, 1/2 hour Classical Stretch or qi gong. So while I decide what I'll do next, I'm sitting here reading VF
