Right Laura, lol!

Welcome Amy! I've been ignoring all threads about Turbo Jam, but I'm thinking I have to investigate pretty soon!

Greetings from Las Vegas!

I wanted to join in on the introductions. I'm 46, work for the school district and am relatively new to VF (read about the site in Fitness for Dummies). I'm very excited about discovering this community that includes all of YOU! Compared to most VFers I have a small DVD collection. I love Kathy Smith, Tamilee Webb and Gay Gasper. I feel like they are personally cheering me on to workout! Also I am thrilled to have found a workout buddy thru the forum. It has really helped me with consistency. I'm commited to getting fitter! Here's to our GOOD HEALTH!

Don't worry, that will change soon. We pride ourselves in emptying other people's wallets...

Jokes aside, this is the best place on the www for fitness and fun!

Now, where is Donna and Laura?

Catwoman, I'm in the same boat (although it seems to be expanding gradually)! I think my "saving grace" is that I jog mainly for cardio and I don't do step aerobics, which leaves my modest DVD collection at yoga, weight training and kickboxing workouts. And a welcome back to you, as I remember you welcoming me last month!

Oh, I jog on the treadmill mostly and around the park, if the weather, time (and ankles ) permit.

Ooty - Sheesh! I have a super long day and just got home! Give me a few hours! Then, I get to read your responses and they make me smile. What would we do with your posts?

Catwoman - Welcome to VF. Not only will you find a lot of people striving for fitness and people more than willing to help you spend your money, but you will also find lots of cat lovers here!

Hi Catwoman - glad you decided to introduce yourself!!!!

Laura is right once more...the responses since I've been on last really made me smile!

I've been staying off the computer at home in the evening...so there'll be a lag time for me, lol.
