I’ve noticed this tend too, at some point trainers need to come off the bandwagon and create logical challenges. I don’t follow 95% of trainers online or anywhere because every single time I have regretted it. I long for the day common sense reigns trendy and people in the industry begin to think for themselves without trying to turn us all into dudes. I’m 44 years old and the stress from those 1000 rep challenges does not do my body any good other than releasing excessive cortisol or risk adrenal burnout or injury, no thanks @ellaenchanted.
