I build muscle fairly easily and have found that with probably what most would consider medium weights that I can get "thick." I think this is because of gaining muscle but having a more difficult time losing fat. I do think my shape looks better when I am doing strength work, however, and I have also found myself cycling, a month or so with heavier weights and backing off of that some. Also, if I do heavier work for too long or too often, I start to get really sore and stiff feeling. I don't feel like I progress much in strength gains with cycling my heavy weight work, though.

I would love to be really strong without being bigger. I would love to be strong and tiny. I don't think that is my genetic lot in life however. I do have curves which are nice.
