I like GS Legs by Cathe. Use as much or as little weight as you want in the standing section. Between it and floorwork section, it covers everything. You can also split it into 2 workouts if you want.

But I also like Physique 57 Thigh and Seat, Ballet Body lower body (though I like the downloads more). There are tons there are effective, but these three for me have no dread.

Booty Extreme 2 has worked wonders for me. It's tough and has 3 leg/ glute workouts per week but extremely effective IMO.

When I want visible muscle definition the following are favorite

Booty Edge 2 gives the best over all lower body result but serious work not fun.
Sts squat rack give great legs results but no fun factor just serious work.

The ones that are fun and give me strong slimmer legs less muscle definition then above workouts

RWH Leg
Xtrain Cardio Leg Blast
Lower Body Blast
Plyo Legs

When I'm coming back after a illness I like Legs and Glute there is no heavier weight than 15 lb and is still a great workout
