Recs for advanced cardio

Hi all,

I'm hoping for some recommendations for advanced cardio w/o tons on burpees and mountain climbers. Some of my favorites are all the IMAXs and Intense Moves and Simply Interval.

Does anyone have any other recommendations - step or otherwise?

Thanks!

Cathe's tabatacise, or intensity

Amy Dixons breathless body 1 and 2, with one being the hardest(IMO)

I agree with Tabatacize. I also think X10 is tough. It contains weights but I use light weights only to up the intensity. I also like Cathe's Afterburn and Cathe's Athletic Step.

I love Afterburn, Crossfire and To the Max, but they all use weights. If you like Kickboxing Kickbox Burn is a good one. Ive heard Toby Massenberg's Ignite is really good. Athletic Step is good. If you like the step in Intensity you'll like Athletic Step. All the Breathless Bodies. Insanity. Mindy Mylrea's All Out Cardio.

Yes, absolutely! Michelle Dozois's Peak 10 and PeakFit workouts are amazing. I love her Cardio Interval Burn and Cardio Strength workouts the most.

I'd also suggest Amy Bento's Kickbox Surge and Core Training, or her Kickbox XTreme.

For aerobic weight training, Patrick Goudeau's Lean Hot Body is a great killer workout.
