Hardstrikes Premix #16 (No Conditioning)
Ruthless Lunatic Intervals. I liked this workout a lot. The exercises were done 45 sec on/15 min rest. The instructor did talk constantly but it didn’t bother me nor was I really listening to him when I was doing the exercises. You can barely hear the music so next time I will choose the music off option and play my own tunes. The men are fine!
Doing Lunatic Intervals after Hardstikes re-enforced my thoughts that Cathe should use something other than jumping jacks/scissors in her workouts to boost cardio intensity. I’d rather do mountain climbers, plyo jacks and squat thrusts before doing jumping jacks. That being said, I still did those dumb jumping jacks.

I just got home from a lovely 2-hour Yoga class with a Native American theme.
During shavasana the teacher read the 10 Native American Commandments. When we opened our eyes we all had a laminated printout of the commandments on our mats. They are:
The Earth is our Mother, care for her.
Honor all your relations.
Open your heart and soul to the Great Spirit.
All life is sacred; treat all beings with respect.
Take from the Earth what is needed and nothing more.
Do what needs to be done for the good of all.
Give constant thanks to the Great Spirit for each new day.
Speak the truth; but only of good in others.
Follow the rhythms of nature; rise and retire with the sun.
