I felt the $90 price was about right for this set for what was included, maybe even a little high knowing they are not chaptered. I can't seem to get past the price issue yet.
Cheryl, have you tried any yet that include some weight work?

Amy's Cardio Complex uses weights, she just adds the weights to make the exercise harder. Like she used 1# weights first, then 2#s, then 3#s, the weights she uses is the sand weights they used in URX. She also uses the lighter weights for standing ab work in Cardio Intense and Cardio Circuits.
I didn't care for the URX set at all. I did do every workout of this when I got them just to see which ones I would do again. Needless to say, I only did them each one time. I have done Cardio Intense three times, Cardio Circuits three times, Cardio Complex once and then Interval Core once. These just have a different feel than URX. There isn't that extreme talk or bad language, which I did care for in URX. These workouts have the karate feel. I engage my core and my whole body while doing them, without having to have someone remind me. There is some high impact, but not a lot, which I like, too. The workouts are intense enough to just have to sprinkle in some higher impact.
Would I say they are worth $119? I don't think so. That would still only be $10 for one DVD, but then you have to figure in the shipping fee. I feel like info a good deal for the $89. They are worth the $89. You wouldn't be able to trade any of them, because they all come in one container, like Insanity. The book container is nice and the discs slip into the holes.
