If they go back down to $89 I will order ..... I have a martial arts background and interested in these. (I did google Cardio Karate and found a Facebook link [I don't have facebook, but I guess the info is public as it shows up on GOOGLE search] ..... I did note that there were two comments from two separate individuals who noted the price difference, and maybe this will be addressed.)

I also was interested in this, and planning on ordereing in a few months, but with the price increase I will be passing. I hope they drop the price back down at some point, then I will reconsider.

I felt the $90 price was about right for this set for what was included, maybe even a little high knowing they are not chaptered. I can't seem to get past the price issue yet.

Cheryl, have you tried any yet that include some weight work?
Amy's Cardio Complex uses weights, she just adds the weights to make the exercise harder. Like she used 1# weights first, then 2#s, then 3#s, the weights she uses is the sand weights they used in URX. She also uses the lighter weights for standing ab work in Cardio Intense and Cardio Circuits.

I didn't care for the URX set at all. I did do every workout of this when I got them just to see which ones I would do again. Needless to say, I only did them each one time. I have done Cardio Intense three times, Cardio Circuits three times, Cardio Complex once and then Interval Core once. These just have a different feel than URX. There isn't that extreme talk or bad language, which I did care for in URX. These workouts have the karate feel. I engage my core and my whole body while doing them, without having to have someone remind me. There is some high impact, but not a lot, which I like, too. The workouts are intense enough to just have to sprinkle in some higher impact.

Would I say they are worth $119? I don't think so. That would still only be $10 for one DVD, but then you have to figure in the shipping fee. I feel like info a good deal for the $89. They are worth the $89. You wouldn't be able to trade any of them, because they all come in one container, like Insanity. The book container is nice and the discs slip into the holes.

Cheryl,

In Amy's are all the exercisers female? I hate that the men don't have shirts in a lot of the clips. How modest are the outfits in Amy's? I definitely prefer modest outfits.

Thanks!

They are all female exercisers in Amy's, Uchenna and Jill. The outfits are quite modest. They wear Capri length pants. The background girls do wear half tops. Amy wears a half top in Cardio Circuits. I don't know why the guys are shirtless. The one with Greg Sims in Interval Core, there is one female exerciser. Greg and the other guy don't have on shirts.

Thanks for sharing your review, Cheryl. I thought these workouts looked good & seemed interesting (based on the informercial clip). Have you viewed or tried any of the CK resistance workouts?

No, I haven't done any of those, yet. Next week when I have more time I plan on trying the rest of them. I know Keli Roberts has a Strength & Flexibility one. It seems to me that Greg Cook is the one who does the weight ones. I will look them over and do one of those next and let you know.

I just wanted to add that I don't like the shirtless guys either. It's gross.
