IIRC, it alternates sets of pushups with sets of thigh work (at the barre, thigh dancing, curtsey lunges, etc.) The pushup segments are short, usually between 4-8 reps I think, so you can really give it your all. You're def. not doing anything like 16 reps--def. shorter segments than in the DVDs.
