physique 57 online workouts

has anyone tried these? i love the dvds. i am looking to follow their monthly challenge and want to see what i have already that would be an appropriate substitution on the days they list their "cardio" workouts.

They're sooooo good! The only one I haven't done is the prenatal, but the other two are excellent workouts. Cardio is basically a lot of push-ups and thigh work, so it's def. not straight up cardio. Unless you are really used to push-ups, it will probably leave you pretty sore the next day. FIT is mostly floor work. Very challenging.

Did you guys get the email that they teamed with Erin Andrews and a new DOWNLOAD will be available in Dec?

Q: Does 'download' mean Download or streaming video?

I got this email too. When they say "download", do they mean download or streaming video?

(I'm hoping for download!). Thanks!

Would you recommend Cardio if I love P57 but hates push-ups?

Haha! There are a lot of pushups in that workout! Maybe your love of P57 can help you overcome your hatred of pushups?? It's a great workout. Def. worth a try.

IIRC, it alternates sets of pushups with sets of thigh work (at the barre, thigh dancing, curtsey lunges, etc.) The pushup segments are short, usually between 4-8 reps I think, so you can really give it your all. You're def. not doing anything like 16 reps--def. shorter segments than in the DVDs.
