I will miss him dearly.
I am heart-broken and in shock. Yes, Colleen posted on FB. I don't have words now, only tears. He was a gentle, kind and sweet soul.

I know. I was stunned when I read it. The Cardio Coach Press Play group on Facebook is planning a week long tribute. Anytime in the week - do one of his workouts in his honor - and post about it. Maybe we could do something like that here. Sean was a true gentleman and wonderful person. He will be so missed.

Wow, I am in shock .... anyone know the circumstances? He was so young to have passed away. So, so, sad. I emailed back and forth with him once because I was having issues with my downloads ..... he was so kind and patient with me.

This is such sad news. I will certainly cherish the classes I was lucky enough to attend with him. He was kind and really cared about others.
