Callanetics Hip and Behind or Squeeze "L"

I'm wondering if anyone got results for doing the "L" and "fold over plank" in the first Squeeze similar to results from Callanetics Hip and Behind. I really need to work on that dreaded saddle bag area.

I cannot speak to specific "results" attributable to H&B versus Squeeze but I think they are quite complementary: (1) Callanetics focuses on tiny isometric pulses whereas the "L" and some of the foldover work in Squeeze involves full range of movement; (2) They work the muscles from different angles. I would suggest using them together to target the hips and outer thigh area.
