I have also done the Get Strong and Standing Stretch DVD'S now. I liked the Get Strong although it was very slow but I liked the actual exercises. I didn't like Standing Stretches very much. I can't stand continuously for a long time because of this neuromuscular thing I have and there's a lot of just standing while you're doing other stuff with your arms. It was also really slow.

I'll do the last two DVD'S eventually and report in on them.

CJ McPhee Energy Moves Seated www.energymoves.com
(expensive for 20 minutes)

(there are several, but expensive for 30 minutes)
I had found and bought cheaper copies on Ebay of these, but have only tried CJ's standing dvd.

ETA: It looks like Julie has some workouts on youtube
Thank you so much, Penny, for your suggestions, but I do already have and do some seated workouts. My husband and I have been doing Jane Adams Gentle Yoga Desk and Computer Work Relief about 3 times a week for over a year now. That's mostly seated but has some seated leg work and standing work.

From your list, Lee Holden's Seated workout would not be good for me. I've tried it and he doesn't work the legs at all. This Neuromuscular condition I have only has one treatment (besides drugs) and that's exercise to strengthen the legs. Cathe strength workouts are excellent for me because she does strengthen the legs. Yesterday I did Cathe LITE PHA2 which is perfect for me.

So I have to be picky about what workouts I do. Some seem to work for my legs, but others don't. Again, though, thanks so much for your suggestions! I'm looking further into a couple of them.

Hi Penny - those two are also my favorites on Jane's Gentle Yoga DVD but I do like a lot of others of hers. I absolutely love her Breathe and Gentle Movement with Breathe on her Beginners DVD. It's sooo relaxing.

This morning I did 2/3 of Karen's Full Body Shape Up and didn't really care for it. It wás so slow and my legs didnt like it.
