YESSSS!!!!!!! I just saw Jessica's email and I'm so happy to see that she's releasing her new 12 week program Lift and Shift. Without a doubt, I'm buying it. I NEED something new.

From the picture in the newsletter, it looks like Jessica only in Lift & Shift. Also I wish she would have a music off option. I am not crazy about the music she uses so an off option would be great. I keep buying Jessica’s workouts but never really do them. However, I think I will keep buying because my daughter loves Jessica’s workouts!
Also I still don’t have my workouts.  They both arrived at the local Amazon Fulfillment center last night so maybe today.
