I remember reading about this style of cardio on a fat loss site. I wonder if it's more effective than doing steady state with fast intervals spaced in periodically over the whole workout.
It makes sense though, that you'd burn more calories if throw in some intense phases into your steady state workouts. I know that I have to be good and warm before doing fast intervals so I would find doing them first to be hard. Also is it a good idea to do Hiit or intervals every day?
