Lately waking up tired-probably due to our crazy lives right now. Taking advice from VFers (thanks!)to read less news, being more consistent with meditation and last night doing evening chores earlier in the evening, made a huge difference. My Fitbit gave me highest sleep score ever and I wanted to a Cathe workout this morning!

Cathe WO Blender workout I made - alternating UB exercises from Giant Sets with either Cardio Slam or IMAX 4 cardio sections.

I hate paying subscription fees but I love making my own follow along workouts.

Caroline Girvan Beginner HIIT (tough, did half of it)

HIIT is really just not my thing, will stick with her other workouts, which are really good, but I gave it a good effort. When I want something similar to this, I should just do Cathe's Low Impact Sweat or something.

I tried a 12 minute lower body band workout with Pamela Reid, I liked this one, will do it again.

MBFA Day 1: Lower Body Burn and Day 7: Dynamic Recovery. This definitely takes MBF up a solid notch or two.

Cathe's LITE Rev'd Up Rumble - premix w/abs mixed in. If you have not done this premix, I highly recommend it - great abs focus, and fun!
