Mon., 28th Sep. 45min, Cathe - High Step Training - Mix 3 Cardio + Upper Body Tue., 29th Sep. 40min, Cathe - Imax 1 - Intervals 1-5 Mix. 6" Wed., 30th Sep. 120min, long dog walk Thu., 1st Oct. 58min, Cathe - Imax 1, 6" Fri., 2nd Oct. 56min, Les Mills - Body Balance 35 Sat., 3rd Oct. driving to the farm = 6 hr driving time, no stops, but with Alice = more like 8hrs. Sun., 4th Oct. at the farm long walks

Mon., 5th Oct. at the farm 49min, Tony - P90 (new) - Sweat B + Ab Ripper B Tue., 6th Oct. driving home from farm Wed., 7th Oct. 57min, Karen - Energy Sprint - from start to just before upper body section[/b] Thu., 8th Oct. 60min, long stair climb down cliff to beach, two laps. Fri., 9th Oct. 90min dog walk at consistent pace with Steve - Podrunner - Recovery Mix 2 + 3 Sat., 10th Oct. 60min dog walk, lots of housework, and 30min meditation Sun., 11th Oct. last day of holidays 55min Les Mills - Body Step 70 60min dog walk Keen about the coming week!
