Unhappy Workout Help needed

We will be having house guests for the next 6 weeks and they will be staying in my workout space/guest room. I usually workout really early in the morning so don't want to do anything too "jumpy" on the 1st floor on my house and don't want to lug up dumbbells etc (my workout space/guest room is in the finished basement). I will have my laptop which I can play my dvds on in my living room or my bedroom but don't want to wake up my husband either. Lately I have been doing mostly JS Walk Strong 3 to get me back in shape for my usual Cathe's. (My workouts have not been consistent lately due some family emergencies). I don't want to not workout for 6 weeks so I need to do something in the limited space I have.

Suggestions welcome!!

Barre or tubing workouts.

Yoga might work as well.

Can you do some audio workouts outside? Spotify actually has quite a few streaming audio workouts from various instructors.

Agree with yoga, barre, & tubing workouts. Pilates workouts that use resistance bands or loops might also work. There’s so much of all the above on YouTube, I hope you find something that works for you & is enjoyable. It’s stressful to lose your workout space, I’ve been there....and non-vidiots don’t always understand.

I used Slim in 6 when I was in a similar situation.

Kickboxing might be an option. I find it’s a good cardio workout without being too jumpy.

How about going outside for a long power walk/ light jog intervals.. put on some motivating music or inspiring podcast.. ankle and hand weights?

Barlates might work either off YouTube or disc if you have those. Tonique too if you’re into that style.

Kettlebell workouts are another option, especially if you only need to move, say, two kettlebells upstairs for the duration of the visit. And modify any higher impact moves interspersed in some kettlebell routines with the low impact option and you should be set! (I have lugged two kettlebells to my bedroom to workout in the morning when my husband goes fishing and I can't leave the "main" house to escape to my usual workout space which is the garden hut... as I have two small children who seek grown-ups upon waking up!)
