If you are staying in a hotel, streaming can be a problem- no matter what level of hotel and what guarantees. I generally stream youtube workouts when I travel, but keep one or two on my phone and tablet. If you have a Kindle tablet, it is pretty easy to get stuff Amazon videos onto it.

At the risk of sounding like Captain Obvious:

A few years ago, I decided to take walks wherever I traveled. I love it -- I have seen some genuinely beautiful sights, gotten a feel for the people, and usually have found some place to have a civilized bite thereafter. I googled Houston walking trails, and it looks like there's some nice green space.

Whatever you do, enjoy! The concert will be pretty darn great.

When I travel, even for work, I concentrate on sightseeing and/or people watching adventures for my "exercise". Sometimes I get up early in the morning and take a walk to a coffee shop for breakfast in lieu of the hotel $$ breakfast. If I'm in a large hotel I check out every nook and cranny, the lobby, roof terrace, etc. Don't forget to take advantage of the pool and exercise facility! Enjoy!

My travel DVDs tend to be Ellen Barrett, Slim in 6, and the cardio 1 & 2 from Jillian Michaels Body Revolution.

If I have access to weights where we're staying, I might also bring Jillian's Ripped in 30, 6 Week 6 Pack, and/or 30 Day Shred.

Another plug for Essentrics! The ETV subscription is a great value...good way to spend $15/month.

Those pain relief workouts would be great for you....or anything in Season 11.
