me as well. I am really enjoying these snack size workouts. They don't sound tinny (like some of the ones by Lindsay Brin). The "snack" size workouts by Jessica and Denise Austin are helping me add more movement in my day with no dread, only encouragement

Thank you to all of you enablers!!! I purchased the AAP and I found that the VIP code was still working so got it cheaper then expected! I already own several of Jessica's dvds but there are a fair number that I don't own so I look forward to trying them out plus the new material that's on AAP only.

Reviewing the Build workouts and plan to start them in July!

New video posted today - "Fusion Flow Propio". I decided to make that my workout today and wow it was a challenge for me! Anyone else?

It is supposed to work on proprioception and I suppose I did get some of that but what it really worked for me is balance - feet, ankles, shins. Lots of slow movements that I found really difficult to not "wobble" in. I have been really determined to work on my balance lately and this workout will definitely help.

The half hour flew by. And the beach setting was just lovely.

Jessica just radiates in these videos. You can tell she is teaching what she wants to teach and not what will drive up clicks or views or DVD sales. I love it all and am so excited!

I did "Fusion Flow Propio" today. I agree with you that it really worked the feet, shin, and ankles - which I really need. (I'm realizing some of my issues and bad form are due to tight ankles / rigid mobility.) Yes, I struggled with some of the moves! I happened to do her 10-Minute Reset (Posture) first, and so I immediately noticed when my body got floppy.

This is a *workout* I need to do at least once a week for awhile.

I did Fusion Flow Proprio today also. We got back from big long car trip and it was the perfect restarting workout. I love doing balance work so it was great!

She's keeping me busy updating my Compendiums! I've added a sheet for All Access Workouts and I'm not updating the YouTube Workouts anymore because I think they are all included in All Access, too.

I need to do this once a week too! I really appreciate all the work she does in regards to feet, ankles, legs, wrists etc. Small movements that mean so much for continuing mobility.
