I have about 30-40 "top five" workouts, so it's hard to whittle them down. I'm not even going to try!

My favorite workouts aren't necessarily the prettiest in production values nor the most challenging, but they all create the same feeling for me --- like a comfortable pair of shoes I enjoy pulling out of the closet over and over again.

2) Barre Amped (Suzanne B)
3) IMAX 1 (Cathe)
4) HardStrike, cardio and heavy bag sections (Cathe)
5) Tabatacise (Cathe)

Wow, it's tough to choose only FIVE!

Anthony AOS Providence
Cathe Butts & Guts
Kelly TLC
Miranda Core workout
Travis UY Crosstrain

I'd maybe have an easier time listing ten, perhaps?! I'd hate to leave anyone out!

Pam

ETA:And, I can't believe I didn't list a Virtual Active Run or Hike workout! Love Northern Italy Run and Hike DVDs! They are my most used of all my VA workouts!

Excluding running, which is my main form of cardio, my top 5 workouts are:

1) Cathe High Step Challenge
2) Cathe STS Total Body
3) Cathe Kick Punch & Crunch
4) Patrick Goudeau's Lean Hot Body
5) Firm Volume 2

Actually, these five would give me everything I need (except variety!): cardio (KPC), heavier strength training (STS), metabolic training (HSC & LHB), and light weights +floorwork (Firm V2).
