Just wanted to post a quick message that Valerie Waters will be on QVC today June 7th between 4-6pm eastern time. I have it on right now but she hasn't come on yet. Just an FYI

Shoot! I literally just placed an order on her site before lunch for the Valslides Essentials dvd. For $7 more, I could have ordered from QVC and gotten the Valslides and booties with them!

ETA: Thanks OP...I called Valerie Waters site and they cancelled my original order. I just ordered via QVC. Yay!

video clip is up of Valerie's appearance on QVC. Looks like there are actually clips of her dvds Valslide Essentials about 1/4 of the way through.

That clip was not of the actual Valslide Essentials workouts, it looks like some demo clip (maybe Val uses it when she gives presentations at events, not sure, haven't seen that clip before). The VE workouts are well-produced (nice lighting & set, rep numbers & exercise name displayed on screen), and there are 2 background exercisers (1 male & 1 female).

The QVC price for the VE DVD & Valslides (plus booties) was a steal! Glad that you saved some money on those, and can try them out. There are countless ways to incorporate the Valsides into your other workouts for variety & challenge (fun to mix into whatever you're doing).
