Deirdre Morris Tap Less and Step More. (in her intro it sounds like she says tap less and sweat more..) did the main step section and some walking before and after

Cathe 4DS Kickbox cardio only. I haven’t done that in forever and I remember why now - it’s a good workout, but the warmup is really long and has some moves that burn my legs out when I just want some cardio.
