Cathe/Firm/Yoga/Swimming October 2020 Ghoulies!

Today was swimming. My knee is fine. I had to get it in before the rain comes later in the day.

Hi All-

Today was Cathe Live- Metabolic Upper Body (10/1/20). This is a great upper body workout and one that doesn’t bother my knees.

Thursday and Friday were yoga, barre and hiking.
Today was yoga and walk.

I hope y'all had a great weekend!

Lori - Thanks for starting us out!

Bita - I like BodyAttack, but I do have to adapt some of the high impact moves.

My goal is to start some sort of exercise this week. I'm thinking of either BBOD Muscle Burns Fat or LMOD BodyPump and some Peloton. Send me positive vibes!

Hi!

Well, yesterday didn't go as planned. My neighbor's mother passed away, and she and her family were at the house, but that is very important, so no worries.

I've decided to try to mimic Bita's 10,000 steps for this week as we are getting the two youngest this week (2.5 and about to be 4) and focus on diet. It's more than what I've been doing, so it's a start.
