I like Hoka sneakers and Altra paradigm sneakers as they have a wider toe area. I like Altras better since they seem to last longer than the Hokas.

I'm a huge fan of Altras too. I used to run in Hokas but the foot shaped toe box of Altras is so much better for me.

The complete revamping of running shoes from year to year makes me insane. I wore Asics Gel Foundations for my long runs and Saucony Kinvaras for my short runs and loved both of them, especially the Kinvaras. When they wore out I got the newer Kinvara model and they were so stiff! I think they are at least partially responsible for my plantar fasciitis.

I'm due for new shoes and dreading the process

I have worn the same size in Asics since at least 2006 and they are THE BOMB for my high arches! However, the last iteration I bought was too small.

I don't think my feet have grown in the last year. . . Those dang shoes are SHRINKING. It's the opposite of vanity sizing going on in the running shoe industry.

Adding Reeboks to the list. Not just me -- the reviews for various styles complain about shoes being narrower than they used to be.

I’ve worn ASICS running shoes for walking for years. The reviews are getting more and more negative about them getting smaller and narrower in the toe box. I wear a full size larger in these. I’m thinking of switching brands.

I must say that it's sad that the quality of most brands of sneakers have gone down low as of late. :-( I got plantar fasciiatis as of late and I only wear certain sneakers like Avia, and New Balance, and I only got one pair of Asics that I got awhile back. Asics are lacking in styles and functionality as of late.

I've been wearing ASICS Kayano for years and, yes, they keep getting smaller. I'm now up to 8.5 and my regular shoe size is 6.5-7. Read some of the Amazon reviews and you'll see basically everyone feels the same.

I just got some Hoka One One sneakers with Gore Tex to wear in the rain and I like them fine, but I REALLY WISH more manufacturers would make a wide shoe option.

I just can't seem to wear whatever it is that passes for a medium in most shoes, and really get tired of returning shoes that don't live up to their reputation for fitting wide feet.
