I had one Beth, but sold it on one of my recent purges. I probably didn’t use it enough to truly feel the benefits.

Bubbles, great question--I get them too! (As an aside, I recently started taking a supplement that seems to be helping a lot if you want to PM me.)

Pam, thanks for weighing in! I had thought I remembered you saying that you really liked yours, but maybe you found it less useful over time?

Beth and Bubbles The user guide I received for mine promotes it as an "effective way for relieving minor muscle aches and pains". I don't see any info promoting it for migraines.

Beth, yes, you just lay on it, side, back, head. I sit in a chair and put my feet on it sometimes. It is passive and supposed to promote circulation and oxygen. So far I like it and I think it could be useful for me. I haven't used it for my glutes yet but I've used it for upper back, hips, feet and head.

I just wanted to come back and clarify that when I used and use my mat I was bare skin to mat. My pain was bad enough and my pain tolerance high enough that I was able to do this. It was distinctly different, and I think more effective than having a shirt between me and the mat. That said, it was certainly intensestarting out.
