Hi Cindy

Regarding Leslie's tapes. I've found that Too Busy to Workout and Leslie's AB tape workouts work the best on the rebounder. The tempo is faster in her ab tapes, so it fits perfectly with the rebounder. That's the key to using tapes that were not made for the rebounder.

Most tapes can be easily adapted to the rebounder, but for me it drives me crazy if I don't stay on the right lead leg. I know, I'm anal.

I have been looking for the thread "official rebounder substitution" but am having mo luck.
Mine came yesterday, and it came with 2 tapes (basic and UR the Challenge)
I have been reading the threads, and I cant live with myself if I dont get Champion Rebounding. Where do I get it?

I love this new toy. I wish there was more of a variety of Rebounder tapes that were specifically for use with the darn thing, but I have no problem improvising!
As a matter of fact, when I had ordered mine, I was told there are 2 new tapes in the works, but no info on a particular release date.
I do not have the leslie sansone vids (as an an intermediate/advanced exerciser I never thought to get them) but after reading about how well they adapt to the rebounder, I might cave. (saw the Leslie Sansone dvd set in best buy).

What else have you guys had luck with? I have the plyrobics challenge tape, which I will use soon , (used it on the floor only once when I got it with my mats, and found it way too easy).

Oh the joys and anxiety of having a new fitness toy!!

I use it for EVERYTHING

I have been using the rebounder for almost every workout from TaeBo to step workouts (I don't hop on and off the rebounder but just have an imaginary step in its center). Once you get the hang of how to convert routine movements to bouncier ones, it is a breeze to improvise. A workout that greatly helps with that adaptation technique is Fat Burning for Dummies.

Here is the link to the substitution thread. I always have to search for substitution rather than official.

These are the videos that I've used for the rebounder:

Rebound tapes:
Jump to It
Air-O-bics (I've given this one to Barb)
Air-O-bics II
Keep on Rebounding
Urban Rebounding
Champion Rebounding

Non Rebound tapes:
Leslie's Too Busy to Workout
Leslie's Walk/Jog
the second hi/lo segment in Cathe's Circuit Max
in the past, some of the Firm's hi/lo segments

I also think that since the music in Leslie's AB workout tapes will be great on the rebounder since they have a faster tempo.
Neat outfit Debbie!

I three wore a leotard, leg warmers, and a headband in the 80's!!! And as you probably guessed, I still love wearing them today!

Boy those retro outfits and workouts are such a nostalgic trip, THEY MAKE ME FEEL LIKE A KID AGAIN!!!

Bless you always!

Warmly yours,
