I'm waiting for feedback on the meditations. I'm more interested in what they're all about than the workout.

I did the workout last night. I love it. The CD's work for me as well. DH likes the CDs, too. At first, I thought I spent too much money on this. Now, I am glad.

I watched the clip on Mary's site. I've had Ellen DVDs before, but now I'm surprised at how irritating her voice is.

In her CD's her voice is very pleasant and relaxing. In her DVD, I found the workout fun, the time flew by. I felt she put her heart in it and it was marvelous.

Hmmm. Sounds nice.

I'll have to wait for Mary to have it on sale.

Not sure about that comment!

I really like this workout. I just did it today. I find Ellen so positive and pleasant. I like her new twists and quirky moves.

I had thought this was the new workout on her streaming that has the dancer lunge series (which I dread). It's not in this workout.

The dancer lunge series is in "Strengthen, Lengthen, and Breathe".

Did this one today and really liked it.
- No ballerinas!
- Some old favorite moves.
- Some fun new moves.
- A bit more “zen” than others. Mudras?
- Just a couple of yoga poses that went by quickly.
- 11 chapters
- I modified the last series because I don’t kneel. It worked fine.
- I don’t stream and it was so great to have a new Ellen (with Michelle).
- I’m not sure if I even have a CD player around here, so no use for the 2 CDs.

Two thumbs up from me!

I've found myself reaching for Ellen DVDs a lot lately (I mostly have the Studio series plus her Crunch Pilates releases and a random SELF workout on a beach, which is a nice lighter mix if I want some cardio without a lot of impact), so after hemming and hawing, I went ahead and ordered this today, supposed to arrive in a few days. The only CD players I still have are in my car or an external one I can connect to my laptop, so I may just convert these and put them on my phone. I've been doing a lot of meditation lately using the Insight Timer (which is fabulous), but these sound like a nice addition to that practice.

I can play CDs in my DVD player. Not sure if this is an option for any one.
