Did this one today and really liked it.
- No ballerinas! - Some old favorite moves. - Some fun new moves. - A bit more “zen” than others. Mudras? - Just a couple of yoga poses that went by quickly. - 11 chapters - I modified the last series because I don’t kneel. It worked fine. - I don’t stream and it was so great to have a new Ellen (with Michelle). - I’m not sure if I even have a CD player around here, so no use for the 2 CDs. Two thumbs up from me! |

I've found myself reaching for Ellen DVDs a lot lately (I mostly have the Studio series plus her Crunch Pilates releases and a random SELF workout on a beach, which is a nice lighter mix if I want some cardio without a lot of impact), so after hemming and hawing, I went ahead and ordered this today, supposed to arrive in a few days. The only CD players I still have are in my car or an external one I can connect to my laptop, so I may just convert these and put them on my phone. I've been doing a lot of meditation lately using the Insight Timer (which is fabulous), but these sound like a nice addition to that practice.
