I ordered Suzanne Bowen's Strengthen & Stretch. I abandoned barre because it was just too much tightening & not nearly enough stretching & relief for my body type, age & ability. I vowed to leave it alone unless there was some serious stretching immediately after all the pulsing, during the workout, not just a quick stretch afterwards. This seems to finally be what I was looking for! I have done Suzanne's stuff before & she is definitely a thorough, task master. I look forward to her expertise applied to stretching. I am crossing my fingers the format is barre then stretch right after ... Plus, the music seems soothing & like it will fall right in line when I do Ultimate Yogi & Raviana
