Jane - it varies a lot. I've found that the first day or two after a DVD is available on the site is the best time to possibly receive it. But, once everybody realizes they're on the site, the demand quickly goes up. I have received DVD's that were "highly requested" but I usually get whatever DVD is "available now" and that's usually something older. I did get to try I am change disc one a couple of days ago because I put it at the top of my queue right away and I had a DVD returned just then but I doubt I'll get another one from this series any time soon.

With KineticFlix, it's important to be patient. It's unlikely you'll get to try a series, especially a new one, in order. I will sometimes try something from a series thru KineticFlix and, if I like it and want to try the whole seies in a rotation, I usually go ahead and buy it.

I have belonged to KF for years and know that it saves me lots of money but I don't mind waiting. If you do, KF is probably not a good fit for you.

They are indeed very sweet people and they try really hard to solve problems. I hope they do make a profit but, yea, it is hard to imagine how.
