I'm really enjoying Jari and Silm Series workouts. I want to get the new Zero to 60 that's on sale at collage right now but need to add another workout to get free shipping. Any suggestions?
For what it's worth, I don't like Bob Harper or Jillian workouts at all.
I'm getting burn and build in a trade. I know I tried one of his in the past but don't remember which unless I looked at the clips. Which ones of his do you like?
What about Chris Freytag's 10 Pound Slimdown? (This DVD is also one of the "10 Pound Slimdown Extreme" set of three DVD's available at Exercise TV, but at 1/3 the price of the "extreme" set, this one is worth the price!)

I like Hardball and Bootcamp 4x4. These are Cardio and Strength intervals.
Cassy: I think you would like Paul Katami's 4x4 bootcamp. Its set up kindof like the Peak Fit cardio strengths. I also like Jessica Smith's 10lbs Down total body tuneup is a good one that uses light weights with a good cardio componant.
To answer your question: 10lbs down is the original set and 10lbs down extreme is the new one.
