I am using my rip:60 workouts along with rotations of Liveexercise.com toning show. So far this combination it is working out very well for me, I am getting in shape and keeping the boredom down.

Hi Lorajc.
I basically follow the toning show rotation, which has a set schedule that is posted on the Liveexercise site for the Toning Show. I will sub-in my rip:60 workouts on the days that the toning show does not air. One other caveat is I will often add moderate cardio on any or all my workout days as well. I will do cardio in the morning and workout in evening, or vice-versa So my rotation ends up looking something like this. http://www.liveexercise.com/schedule/ Mon: TS + walk Tues: TS + walk Wed: TS + walk Thur: Rip:60 Fri:TS + bicycle Sat: Rip:60 Sun: Yoga / stretch |
