Body Groove

Anyone here using Body Groove on a regular basis and how do you like it? I’ll look at clips and one minute it looks fun and a minute later it seems like it might be too repetitive.

Not regularly but have all of the Misty dvds and digital files up to and including Dance your Heart out.
I tried some of the new streaming stuff and definitely would sub if I did not already have most of her older stuff but may still sub a month if and when she adds a new series.
I really liked the other instructor and some of the music in GrooveFit.

The choreography is generally different by song, but she does tend to have sections where you freeze and don't move. Honestly, I try to keep moving through those segments

I find them fun and do them on days when I don't have the brain power to follow "regular" dance choreography, but if I don't put enough into the moves (bending lower, stretching further etc) then I consider it a light day workout.
