The choreography is generally different by song, but she does tend to have sections where you freeze and don't move. Honestly, I try to keep moving through those segments
I find them fun and do them on days when I don't have the brain power to follow "regular" dance choreography, but if I don't put enough into the moves (bending lower, stretching further etc) then I consider it a light day workout.
