Kari Anderson Streaming
For all of you who like choreography, Kari Anderson has streaming from The Seattle Gym. There are other teachers on there as well, so far have seen yoga and things like tabatas and bootcamps. It is 29/month and this gives you access to their vfit site with some older recorded workouts and also access to her facebook page workouts which are full length. From Kari looks like there is hi lo dance and her workouts that are dance inspired like her angles lines and curves and reach vids. The facebook workouts you can do live or they leave them up for a couple of days. I just started iwth this and did a hi-lo class live last Friday which was fun. It was so much fun I did the same workout again today (which also let me get better with the choreography). Just another option for online workouts!
