KCM- Amped Up Cardio Live- Premix both workouts no drills
BBL- High and Tight

I've fallen out the wagon with following the BBL rotation. It has the Sculpt workout scheduled for 3 times this week and it isn't that great, so I'm subbing in other workouts. I've already subbed out Cardio Axe for tougher cardio workouts, too So basically I'm doing Bum Bum, High and Tight, and Tummy Tuck and subbing out other workouts. I am reaching for more lower body focused workouts, though.

Mile walk with Leslie followed by Paul Grilley’s yin yoga which is very helpful for relieving lower back pain and tight hamstrings.
