Burpees, tuck jumps, jump ups onto the step, straddle jumps onto the step, power scissors, air jacks, Cathe's "across the bench", Cathe's off the side of the bench jumping mambo move, Cathe's jumps in a box move, anything where there's spinning across the bench, jumping power 15s (or 7s), jumping forward power jumps (not sure the right name but KCM has some), elbow planks, planks in general really, any weight that gets tossed, moves that go from knees to standing, Turkish get-ups, bicycle sit-ups, pullovers with heavy weights... (I'm sure there's more! I modify a lot!)
