LOL! My guess is these workouts are targeted to men so they have to sound TOUGH! Even if they are too difficult for me, at only $4 it is no big loss!

I don't know anything about the set, but have heard the Men's Health workouts are good. I did a quick google search on my phone and there isn't a lot mentioned about this specific set, but for $4 why not. I did a quick preview over lunch and oh my, what have I gotten myself into! All bodyweight exercises- one dvd is strength (The Punisher, The Total Body Terror, The Core Crusher with a bonus Burpee Blitz), and the other dvd is cardio (The Sizzler, The Broiler, The Incinerator, and bonus The Mobility Maximizer). Now since this set says "Get Back in Shape" I expected the workouts to start out easier and build up. Nope, not at all. I'be been doing some Evolve workouts on YouTube which are all bodyweight, which is something I usually don't go for, so these workouts are in line with those. I just hope they aren't too difficult for me.
Lucky you! I LOVE BJ's workouts!! I started in March and completed 2 rounds of MetaShred the workouts are on YouTube and I finished DeltaFit SpeedShred yesterday.

Wendy..what a find!! I have never heard of those.

I love BJ too! He's a hoot and a half and his workouts will push you. I think he just likes to be creative when naming his workouts and I look forward to hearing your reviews of them!

Cheryl & Linda- Glad to hear about BJ Gaddour fans! From the bit I previewed, I did laugh at some of the comments he made that were quite funny. He does seem like a bit of a character, which will be needed if they are grueling! I'll be sure to post my impressions after doing some of the workouts.

My thrift store was having another wonderful sale today. I found a couple that I plan on putting up on our Share the Wealth after I make sure that they play okay. I don’t have arthritis, but purchased them because they might help someone here.

Found Zumba Strong for $1 at the thrift store today. I remember doing the 20 minute demo when it first was released and enjoyed it, but 60 minutes of it might be too much intensity. As long as there are modifiers I should be okay.

I ran into our store after I dropped off a donation.
These came home with me:
* Advanced 5 Mile Walk At Home (Sealed) - Leslie
* Burn & Firm - Karen Voight
* Yoga Burn - Premium Pkg - I believe there was talk about this set a few weeks ago
* Miranda EW's book

Under $10 - I feel it was a good trip

Debbie, you did well--I usually feel I was "good" if I spend under $20.
