Another vote for the arm segment of Great Weighted Workout. 16 minutes of non-stop work.

Jessica Smith has some high rep low weight videos on You Tube.

Cathe has a lot of options in the Live Downloads library.

I was interested in Cathe's High Reps recently, but it uses a barbell. I don't have one and it looked like the barbell is used in a decent amount of the workout. Also, I'm just getting started with weights and I didn't feel that I would know how to substitute dumb bells for the barbell.

I decided to not get High Reps. Did I make the right call or should I reconsider?

Thanks!

I don't have a barbell either, and I always do Cathe's High Reps with just weights. It's not hard at all to substitute weights for the bar. Just pick up the same amount of weight that she says is on the bar. You can do all of the same exercises with dumbbells. Also, if you have a body bar you can try that too.

I use lighter weights on KCM's Your Best Body and her RAW upper body workout on YouTube is killer (use somewhat lighter weights or else the very short rests between sets will make you cry...)

Are there any pushups in this workout? Asking for a friend.

bfit,
Thanks for the insight on Cathe's High Reps. I don't have a body bar either, so dumb bells it is!

I'm always amazed at the number of high rep workouts that contain push-ups.
For men, they might be an endurance exercise, but for most women (except Cathe) they definitely are a strength workout.

Don't feel bad that you don't do all the reps demonstrated in a high rep workout, it's not necessary.
