I didn’t realize that Carrie left Pure Barre once again. She has her own workouts now. Has anyone tried her streaming?

She looks great and I thought the workout demo looked really interesting. I'm not spending $40/month on her (or any) streaming though, but I wish her good luck!

I hadn't realized that Carrie Dorr had sold her business. Pure Barre isn't my fave barre workout, but it's doing well in my part of the East coast.

I couldn't resist reviewing Carrie's new Life Smart by Carrie Dorr site. Looks very professional and the monthly cost isn't $40 but rather $24.99. A year's subscription is $249.99.

'Subscription Includes Weekly:
New workouts and unlimited access to the exclusive CDM streaming library
Personal Growth Strategies + Exercises
Partial Meal Plans, Recipes + Nutrition Guidance'

There are seven 20 minutes (or shorter) free of charge workouts on the site.

I did the sample freebie this morning. I like Carrie, and I did get a workout, but to be honest this is the types of exercises / type of workout I do on my own when I don’t feel like doing a video, or am really short on time. That said, it’s too expensive for me. I wish her the best of luck though and am happy to see she is back. Thanks for sharing.

When I did a lot of barre, I liked Pure Barre...but this new style doesn't really appeal to me. The dance-y moves reminded me of Tracy Anderson.

Funny enough, just the other day I dug out my (seldom used) PB DVDs so that I could list them to sell... Now I'm conflicted. LOL.
