Thank you. I didn't see that in the check out but when I went back I saw it was applied. For some reason I had to refresh the screen.

This looks really good! Thank you for posting about it! I've loved Suzanne since her Lotte Berk days

Thank you for posting about Suzanne's newest workout (and the Amazon discount!) I also bought a couple of her pregnancy workouts that I didn't have!

Feeling a Bowen and CS rotation coming on! ;-)

I got this too with the discount!
First time in ages anything interested me.

I've always felt barre did not balance all the pulsing with stretching. I hope this can replace Callenetics for me - which also focused on pulse & stretch.

Think it will fit nicely with in my yoga dvds (Ultimate Yogi, Raviana, Ellen)

My dvds arrived yesterday. I'm....on the fence about what I've seen so far.

Disc 1 contains the Barre Stretch and Advanced Stretch (IIRC). From my quick preview, I think both of these are more advanced than I was hoping for. I'll have to pop in Disc 2 before I make a decision about them, but I suppose I was hoping for something a little different...

Anyone tried these yet? What did you think? SB's FB page is filled with glowing reviews, so I'm sure I'm the minority on my first impressions.

Uh oh. I am so not at the advanced level lol
Mine is coming today too. Hopefully I can modify.
Which aspect seems advanced - the stretching or the barre?

It's probably just me. I've been in a foul mood lately, lol.

I kind of felt both the stretching and the barre parts were advanced (but again, I only viewed disc 1 -- disc 2 looked more modifiable).

That said, I'm limited by a knee injury (can't do full runner's lunge or put a lot of weight on it in all fours or kneeling) so that frustrates me and probably colored my disappointment in the stretch part. Also, silly me, I was expecting the barre stretch to be less work and more flowy stretch (maybe like the stretch segment from the Weight Watcher's dvd). The part I viewed looked like WORK, haha.

Definitely ignore me. Most people will probably love it.

You are not alone, I too, thought flowy!

I always modify barre with less reps and am usually pretty good at yoga (stretch) modifications.
I knew Suzanne Bowen was a task master - just thought this was a beginner to intermediate level, easier dvd.

Well, I am gonna give it my best modification shot!
Thanks for the heads up & hope your knee feels better soon!
