Seems like these are more cardio with weights like the firm. I was hoping for more of a body beast 2. Maybe sagi's other workouts in this series will be more like body beast ( I hope).

I think she was okay in 21 Day Fix but maybe it was her style, walking around to encourage the crew on the set. But, that always drove me nuts if it was Tony doing the same (or even Chalene.) Maybe it looks like they're trying too hard?! And, the banter always seems a bit phony to me.

Plus, she's only 34/35 yrs. old and a bikini model. Since I'm in my 50's, I can't relate as well to her, possibly.

With that being said, I did like 21 Day Fix, but they aren't workouts I want to do regularly. And, I think part of that is not the workout, but Autumn herself. I can see Sagi bringing a little more fun factor to the table. It's honestly been a while since I've done these, so I can't quite put my finger on what it is, exactly.

I lost weight with 21 Day Fix, so I can't bash the workouts too much (but I'm sure it was more about the portion control for me and what I was eating at the time.)

I was very excited about these, but not loving the descriptions. The workouts are short and I prefer splits.

I don't like her voice. Too whinny.
I was excited for this set because I LOVE Body Beast but I'm going to pour over all reviews before I order if I do.

Yes, thanks so much for these, it will help me decide on the DVDs.

Erica, I'm with you...these don't sound like anything I don't already have in my collection.

I like Autumn, she's like a milder version of Jillian.

I totally love the two workouts on BB streaming. Hammer is about 30 min, squats/pulls, lunges etc nothing really new here, but he works with the tempo. If you pick challenging weights, you feel it. I actually added Chisel too, right after that Hammer out of curiosity. That is a little longer, and she does 3 sets of 10 reps for the pretty much same exercises. Squats, presses, pullovers.bis,, tris in different combinations. Very little overhead shoulders in these two workouts. That is a bonus for me since I'm still favoring my rotator cuffs. I think I will use these two a lot, I may just wont cancel my membership after all.

Umm, I think it's a combination of things like her voice, a sterile interaction with the camera, and she kind of looks like a deer in headlights to me for some odd reason.

I am still willing to try the set since she's not the sole lead.

Yes - all this. And what was it she keeps saying? Was it "yeah"?

This was my first time listening to Autumn, and she didn't bother me at all. Sagi was very Sagi-ish.I would not say that these two are my favorite instructors, but I did like the workouts a lot.

I was also interested in these thinking they would be a split series rather than total body workouts. I don't use total body workouts all that much, much less 30 minute ones. I just can't see a thorough, effective workout hitting each body part well enough in 30 minutes. I may end up passing on this...
