Beachbody Hammer & Chisel

Apparently there is one workout from this series on BB Streaming. I don't have BB streaming but I know lots do. If you try it, please post your impressions. I love Sagi but Autumn not so much.

ETA: Autumn announced this but said there would be two workouts so take a look please!

I would be interested in this, too! I wish BB would have chosen another female lead. Autumn can be a bit annoying, at times. But, BB probably did so well ($$$) with 21 Day Fix that it made sense to use Autumn again. I would have preferred an older female to partner with Sagi. It won't stop me from buying this one, though.

The only thing I've heard so far is that they were surprised by Sagi's - I guess it was faster paced. They said Autumn's was more what they thought his would be....

"ISO Speed hammer" led by Sagi - is shorter than 30 minutes and the girl felt like she needed more..

Someone else did "Total Body Chisel" led by Autumn and they loved this one more.

I'm not a big fan of Autumn either. I could barely finish 21 Day Fix cause I wanted to hurt her badly by about day 12.

I'll wait and check our reviews. I like Body Beast and Sagi, but Autumn might just keep me from buying.

Just previewed one of the Hammer (Sagi) workouts. It is less than 30 minutes. There is a five
minute warm up using an exercise band or towel. The following exercises are done for 10 reps at a slow 3 count down then one count up , then you do 10 of the same exercise very fast.
They are:
Pushups
Static lunges
Chin up or row with band
Dead Lift
Side lateral raise
Rear delt cross flys with band or dumbbells
One legged Squat
Preacher curls on bench or ball
Calf raises
Triceps kickback with a twist
And at the 21:22 mark you start a cool down stretch with lasts about 3 minutes.

Just previwed a Chisel workout, Total Body Chisel with Autumn. This clocks in at a little over 36 minutes. You warm up with floor stretching, looks like some fluid modified yoga moves. That lasts about 3:45 minutes
1. exercise is a squat with dumbells
2. Bench press on bench or ball:
3. Reverse grip row: 10 reps.
Repeat above for another
** then you get a little break to write down /track the weights you lifted.
4. Lunges- lunging backwards 10 reps each leg.
5. Incline fly on ball or bench
6. Dumbbell lat pullover on bench or ball.
Repeat above for another 2 rounds
** then you get another little break to track/write down the weights you used
7. Step down with a cross back-( like a curtsey lunge off a bench) standing on bench( think tall box step down with a twist) The Firms Transfirmer box could be used instead of weight bench. Modifer just does these on the floor.
8. incline dumbbell biceps curl
9. Bench dips for triceps
Repeat above for another 2 rounds
Then a 3 minute cool down stretch.
