I did the seat focus today. LOVED it! The instructor was great & I loved the moves. I almost stopped at the abs part but I'm glad I didn't as there was more seat work at the end.
My seat is on fire!! I think this set is fantastic! Surprisingly the seat DVD doesn't use the double band. Still a great workout though

There are no pretzels. It seems like a live class where you hit all the angles. You start by having one side toward the barre/wall & angling the other back. Circles & in toward the center. Then you do some straight back pulses with your knee bent. Then you do some abs & then you do some all four work with your leg straight out to the side working the angle again. Then you do pulses & then both hips face down to work the "ledge". After doing both legs you do some "back dancing" or bridge & you end after that with a stretch.

It's really none of the "same ole same ole". It's very fresh & different. Definitely like a live class

I just posted the coupon code SHARE10 to save 10% off any Pure Barre order (doesn't apply to purchase of classes at your local studio).

Thanks for the discount code, Jennifer. That pushed me over the edge.

I don't have a bar. Are these doable with a chair?

So much for not buying any new workouts this year, I gave in yesterday.
These sound great.
