BodyShred - Launch! Workout 1
30 sec. each move

Warmup:
-running man
-arm circles
-jumping jacks
-cat stretch
-jumprope
windmills - toe touches

Circuit 1:
-uneven pushups
-deep squats
-forward/backward lunge with side lateral raise
repeat
Cardio
- high knees/burpees
repeat
Core
- figure 4 crunches

Circuit 2
-catarunga pushups
-triceps dip
-surrender lunges
Cardio
-jumprope
-fast feet football runs
repeat
Core
-inchworm walkout with knee crunch

Circuit 3
-chair squats with front raise
-plyo stationary lunges
-cresent lunge tricep kickback
repeat
Cardio
-backfly jacks
-overhead clap jacks
repeat
Core
side crunch on floor

Circuit 4

-wide pushups
-crouching plank
-twisting camel with light weights (touch behind foot)
repeat
Cardio
-duck punch jab
-single leg jumprope
repeat
Core
-twisting abs knees move side to side with upper body planted
-Russian twists

Stretch

I just previewed this and will do Monday. Looks well done and doable. Jillian does give modifications and intensifiers during the workout. I'm impressed with the flow of this workout.

BodyShred "Rise" Workout 2 - uses 3 min. strength/2 min. cardio/1 min. ab recovery

Warmup:
-Running man
-arm circles
-jumping jacks

Circuit 1:
-half squat into row
-single leg deadlift (leg raised) with row
-weighted good mornings
repeat
Cardio
-buttkickers
-mt. climbers
(repeat)

Core
-flutterkicks
-crunch & extend legs 45 degree angle

Circuit 2:
-superman (upper/lower/together)
-single leg bridge lat pullover
-reverse plank knee thrusts
repeat

Cardio
-circle runs
-running man
repeat

Core
-situps into ab hold
-bike crunches

Circuit 3:
-alt lunges biceps
-side lunges with a serving raise (underhanded front raise)
-curtsy lunges with biceps
repeat

Cardio
-lateral forward knee thrusts
-punching plank
repeat

Core
twisting plank :eek
crunch v-split

Circuit 4:
-deadlifts/low row & forward fly
-cresent lunge & rear fly
-renegade rows
repeat

Cardio
-donkey kicks
-speedbag

Core
-standing oblique crunches

Thanks for posting. I am now super tempted. I didn't know this series was designed using the 3-2-1 format. This format of exercise just really works for me in terms of results. So tempted.

Beatchica,

All of BodyShred is based on the 3-2-1 method and unlike her other dvds, Jillian wastes no time in this series. I have Body Rev and she does pause here and there but I think it's the structure of Body Rev. I'd love to combine the two. One week Shred, one week Rev....We'll see.

Thanks lesia for more reviews. I also like the 3-2-1 format better than the Revolution format. I have that set and most of Jillian's other DVDs including Killer Body which I haven't previewed or done yet. So I recognize all the exercises you mentioned so far. But I still want the set and there might be newer moves in the other DVDs.

Helen please preview Killer Body! I know that one is affordable.

Here is the Killer Body review thread link. I also bought Killer Body to tie me over until I save enough for Body Shred. I'm also still going through my UFC Fit DVDs so it will be awhile before I do Killer Body.
