I'm doing BUTI right now, just bought Ballet Body but haven't gotten to ART yet.

I'd planned to use BUTI as the dance cardio portion of TA.

I do Buti once a week. I love Buti but I'm not doing Ballet Body or Art. I'm not really doing a rotation either since I like too many things. Other workouts that I like are Tracy Anderson Continuity, Tonique, Ultimate Yogi, DreamBody, Ripped 60 (suspension training), weight circuits, etc. I mix up my cardio with running, Zumba and TK at the gym, TA's cardio, etc.

I have all the free ones on Vimeo and YouTube and the DVDs. I'm considering a subscription but not sure which one I'd want.

The subscription is awesome. I get Tone. I absolutely love Buti. I am using it with TA Meta.

I am doing the ART method visual studios and loving those workouts. I haven't tried Buti but it looks fun. I may try the free YouTube videos that were just posted. Do you have a recommendation? I've tried Ballet Body and liked it but I'm just not very patient with the small pulsing movements. The three types of workouts sound like they'd be fun together.

For those doing Buti and/or TA, you might like the ART method. The warm up and cardio sections use elements from yoga, the focus sections are a lot like TA - high reps with creative moves.

I'm actually on the fence about getting the Buti DVDs. Does anyone have these?
If so, which of the free workouts are most representative of the DVDs? Are they geared mostly for advanced users (which would eliminate me!)
What's the music like on her DVDs?

I have the DVDs. The music is like the Great Earth tea youtube downloads. I think those are a good representative of the 25 and 45 minute Tone wos. So you can see if you can do them. The hour long one is a little harder but I think it has to do more with the time and not necessarily that the moves are harder.

The production is good and there are background exercisers doing the wos along with Bizzie.

Well now I just have to have it.

Does Tone have more plyo stuff or was it just Sculpt without the meal plans? I can't remember off the top of my head.
