I fast-forward viewed the workouts Bizzie did for the tea company. Wow, she should not have let them do her hair and makeup. They almost sucked away her authenticity. At least she wore her own clothes.

What pants? I think that's just a tattoo!

Thanks for the link. These look like fun (with modifications for my decrepitude.)

I loved her hair. I thought it was a neat idea to braid the sides to keep them out of her face while leaving a bit of a pouf.

Just wanted to say Happy Birthday, Sue.

Since you have messaging disabled I wasn't able to do it more directly/privately.

Hope you have a wonderful day.

Thanks, Renda! I didn't know my messaging was disabled - thanks for the heads up.
I hope your Cold Max goes away soon!

I'd be interested to know if anyone with lower back trouble has tried any of these workouts. I have only previewed the 45 min one and I'm thinking it would either be kill or cure for the lower back!

I saw this blog post last week and thought I'd share it here. I, of course, had to comment in the comments section. I really enjoy the Buti workouts. They are fun and make me happy I'd be interested to hear what other people thought about this blog.

Oh and if you see Shape Magazine with Jennifer Love Hewitt on the cover, she talks about her love for Buti in the article and there is a sample of Buti moves following the article.

I think the blogger is overthinking the whole BUTI/pole-dancing issue. .

After seeing the word "Buti" all over the TA check-ins (thanks, Helen ), my curiousity was piqued and I had to investigate. I did a forum search, clicked on this thread, and lo and behold, I have a new obsession.

Bizzie must be some kind of exercise genius for finding a way to mix yoga, cardio and tribal dance.* Booty shakes in chair position? Hip circles in warrior 2? Chaturanga push-ups with fire hydrants? AWESOME.

I felt like I wasn't getting enough flexibility in my workout routine but Buti really solves that issue. These workouts are challenging but so much fun!

*Disclaimer: I also think TA is some kind of exercise genius, so you can take my opinion with a grain of salt.
