I just wanted to share my so far results from my RKS kettlebell and boxing experiment -
I have been doing kettlebells and boxing for the past two weeks and this morning I was like 'holy crap' when I looked in the mirror. I have noticed that my arms and abs are getting more defined but this morning I was kinda floored.
So my rotation has pretty much been RKS 4x per week (just doing the workouts in order) and tacking on Kelly Coffey Meyers's TLC to make a full hour workout. This past week I did RKS 5, 6, 7, 8 and Kelly's TLC Boxing 2x, Asylum Speed and Agility 1x, Michael Olajide's Killer Abs and back (I have doms in my abs two days now from this workout) and yesterday I swam but did some speed punches underwater, fast torso twists, uppercuts underwater (really provided awesome resistance). I use 1lb gloves for boxing.
I can't wait for Michael's Aerobox to get here this week!
