Barre has definitely helped my cardio and strength

i had been really slacking with cardio and did hill intervals on the treadmill. ok, i could have done alot better, but i did well considering i hate doing them. my legs didn't fatigue and i could keep up with the speed.

i just wished my outer/external results were more reflective.

I've noticed the same thing when I do hills on my elliptical. I wonder why? I started barre in April and focused on it exclusively for my lower body since May and I have noticed that my legs don't fatigue like they used to when I did weighted lower body work.
