I remember reading those threads way back. It was hard to picture but I took it to mean a square shape viewed from behind and or a high tight backside close up to the hips.
For myself with a natural flat pancake backside, the FIRM tall box worked wonders at the time. A girlfriend once told me I had such a nice shape there which encouraged me to keep going with the FIRM. The FIRM was my almost exclusive type of workout for a long time and no problems at all. it was the first time that I worked out with weights for most workouts. Glad I did it. |

I *think* it referred to a ridge-like appearance to the top of the butt..? Like from overdeveloping muscle there... am I wrong?
